To mark the introduction of Gourmet Village, diners can discover the destination through a special limited-period Gourmet Village menu, priced at ₹999 and available across participating restaurants. Curated to encourage guests to explore the breadth of the destination’s culinary offering, the special menu creates an opportunity to experience different restaurants, cuisines and flavours across Gourmet Village at a compelling price point.
At the heart of Gourmet Village is a carefully curated restaurant portfolio featuring Ishaara, Copper Chimney, Nando’s, YouMee, Banana Leaf, Burma Burma, Foo, Punjab Grill, Allora Milano, CHA, Jamie Oliver Kitchen and Cream Centre, bringing together established Indian favourites, globally recognised names and contemporary culinary concepts.
Ishaara brings an inclusive approach to dining, with its service team comprising speech and hearing-impaired individuals who communicate with diners through sign language and illustrated cues on the menu, creating an interactive experience around the table. Its culinary offering includes the signature Dori Kebab, developed in-house by its chef team. Copper Chimney draws from the culinary traditions and flavours of Undivided North India, while Nando’s introduces its globally recognised flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken. YouMee adds a contemporary Pan-Asian experience to the mix.
The selection continues with Banana Leaf, celebrating flavours from South India; Burma Burma, bringing the depth and diversity of Burmese cuisine; Foo, with its contemporary Asian offering; and Punjab Grill, showcasing flavours rooted in North Indian culinary traditions. Allora Milano brings classic Italian recipes with a contemporary touch, with an emphasis on fresh local herbs, in-house baked desserts and signatures including its 15-inch pizzas, Truffle Parmesan Fries and Tiramisu. CHA, Jamie Oliver Kitchen and Cream Centre further broaden the offering, creating a culinary mix designed for different tastes, occasions and experiences.
The ₹999 limited-period Gourmet Village menu further brings the destination together through a common culinary proposition, inviting guests to discover participating restaurants and experience the diversity of Gourmet Village. From Indian and Asian favourites to international cuisines and contemporary concepts, the initiative is designed to make exploring the destination an experience in itself.
