Located on the 5th floor of Palladium Mall, the new 65-seater restaurant introduces Ahmedabad to the recipes, cooking techniques and signature dishes that have defined Copper Chimney since 1972.

Founded by JK Kapur in Bombay in 1972, Copper Chimney draws inspiration from the secret recipes and cooking techniques of Undivided North India. Having grown up near the North West Frontier Province before migrating to newly independent India during partition, JK Kapur wanted to share the culinary experiences reminiscent of his early years. In November 1972, 25 years after arriving in the city, this vision took shape with the opening of the first Copper Chimney in the heart of Bombay. Over the past five decades, the restaurant has grown to more than 20 outlets, taking millions of guests on a culinary journey through Indian cuisine, culture and flavours.
