On reaching the airport, the passenger meets the BagSwift team at the designated point, receives the baggage and proceeds with the airline’s normal check-in process.
For passengers looking for Hands-Free Airport Travel or simply wanting to Travel Without Luggage during the journey to the airport, the model can remove a significant physical burden.
- Home to Check-in Counter Assistance
For passengers who require greater assistance, the service continues beyond the curbside.
Under the Home to Check-in Counter Assistance option, baggage is picked up from the passenger’s home in advance and transported to the airport.
When the passenger arrives, the BagSwift team coordinates with them at the designated meeting point, assists with their baggage and provides Passenger Escort Assistance towards the airline check-in counter.
The passenger then completes the airline’s prescribed identification, check-in, baggage acceptance and other required formalities directly with the airline.
This Check-in Counter Baggage Assistance is particularly relevant for passengers who may find it difficult or inconvenient to manage multiple or heavy bags inside the airport.
