Thousands of Diyas Lit Before Babasaheb Ambedkar Statue at ‘Aashirwad No Divdo’ in Ahmedabad
Scheduled Caste Morcha, Gujarat Pradesh BJP, organises special programme at Sarangpur under the guidance of Dr. Kiritbhai Solanki
Ahmedabad (Gujarat) [India], September 22: The Scheduled Caste Morcha, Gujarat Pradesh BJP, organised the ‘Aashirwad No Divdo’ programme at Sarangpur, Ahmedabad, as part of the nationwide ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan’, being observed from September 17 to October 17, 2026, to mark 25 years of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s public service.
The programme was organised under the guidance of Dr. Kiritbhai Solanki, State President of the Scheduled Caste Morcha, Gujarat Pradesh BJP and former Member of Parliament. Community members, BJP workers, social representatives and citizens participated in large numbers.
As part of the programme, thousands of diyas were lit before the statue of Bharat Ratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, creating a powerful visual and symbolic tribute. The initiative highlighted the values of social justice, equality, empowerment, service and nation-building associated with Babasaheb Ambedkar’s vision.
