Josephine M Dias Unveils Debut Book ‘OMG! Don’t Try Adventure With Your Health’ at ICA Conclave 2026

ICA Conclave

With nearly three decades as an educator and wellness coach, Josephine M Dias turns personal loss into a call to listen to the body before illness takes over.

Panaji (Goa) [India], October 6: Author, educator and wellness coach Josephine M Dias marked a significant new chapter in her journey with the launch of her first book, OMG! Don’t Try Adventure With Your Health: Why Medicine 3.0 is the Smarter Path to Lifelong Health, at the ICA Conclave in Goa, organised by the International Council of Authors . The occasion brought together her personal experiences, professional journey and a message she has been trying to communicate for years: health needs attention before the body reaches a crisis point.During ICA Conclave 2026, Josephine M Dias was also honoured with an Author Award for her debut book OMG! Don’t Try Adventure With Your Health: Why Medicine 3.0 is the Smarter Path to Lifelong Health, marking a meaningful recognition of her transition from educator and wellness professional to published author.

Josephine’s journey towards becoming an author was deeply influenced by personal loss. Having lost both her parents, she witnessed the consequences of waiting too long to recognise signs that something was not right with the body. These experiences strengthened her belief that people need to become more conscious of their health and pay attention to early warning signs rather than waiting for illness to become severe.

“My journey as an author started with a thought: if I cannot convey a message, probably my book will. Too many people went away, including my parents, because we waited too long for signs that the body wasn’t right. I wanted to spread the message of prevention before cure, not just to one person, but to many more,” Josephine said.
