Prior to his current role, Jayved Kumar served as Unit Chef at PINCODE by Kunal Kapur across India and Dubai, where he contributed extensively to Menu Development, Customer Experience, and Kitchen Leadership. His professional journey also includes experience with Azure Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. and Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels, where he gained expertise in Menu Engineering, Vendor Management, Cost Optimisation, and Operational Efficiency.
