In a significant milestone for Odisha’s green manufacturing sector, the Juggernaut Association of Entrepreneurs (JAE) has announced a special sponsorship programme for 30 aspiring eco-entrepreneurs following an inspiring technical presentation on Dongyue Group’s State-of-the-Art Advanced Servo Vibration Technology by renowned industrial technologist Dr. Nandiki Gangadhar Reddy, CEO & Managing Partner of Dongyue Engineering & Fabricators (India).
The announcement was made during a press conference held on July 27, 2026, after JAE’s leadership completed an extensive technical evaluation of Dongyue’s latest automation technology and visited several successfully operating Dongyue manufacturing units.
The technical presentation was attended by JAE’s senior leadership, including Secretary Dr. Sumantra Mishra, Assistant Secretary Monoj Kumar Naik, and President Janardhan Sahoo, along with other executive members of the association.
During the presentation, Dr. Gangadhar Reddy unveiled Dongyue’s Advanced Servo Vibration System, a next-generation intelligent compaction technology that is redefining the manufacturing of fly ash bricks, concrete blocks, pavers, kerbstones, and other precast concrete products.
Using detailed technical illustrations and a live demonstration, Dr. Reddy explained how servo-controlled vibration technology precisely regulates vibration frequency, amplitude, acceleration, deceleration, excitation force, and synchronization during every production cycle. Unlike conventional vibration systems that operate at fixed parameters, Dongyue’s intelligent servo technology dynamically adjusts vibration characteristics according to the product design and concrete mix, resulting in superior compaction, uniform density, higher compressive strength, exceptional dimensional accuracy, and remarkable surface finish.
He further demonstrated how the technology significantly reduces electricity consumption, minimizes mechanical wear, lowers maintenance costs, extends equipment life, and prepares manufacturers for Industry 4.0 through intelligent PLC-based automation and recipe-driven production.
The live demonstration generated tremendous interest among the JAE leadership, who described the technology as a transformational advancement capable of enhancing both the profitability and sustainability of fly ash brick manufacturing in India.
To validate the technology under actual production conditions, the JAE delegation subsequently visited several operational Dongyue installations where they interacted with factory owners, reviewed production performance, and evaluated the quality and consistency of the finished products.
Impressed by the operational efficiency, product quality, automation capabilities, and commercial viability demonstrated by the Dongyue plants, the JAE leadership unanimously decided to launch a dedicated entrepreneurship promotion programme aimed at encouraging environmentally responsible manufacturing across Odisha.
As part of this initiative, 30 eligible entrepreneurs will receive institutional support towards margin money assistance for establishing Dongyue-based eco-friendly fly ash brick manufacturing units.
The programme has been specially designed to promote inclusive entrepreneurship, with priority being extended to applicants belonging to the Women, Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Other Backward Class (OBC) categories, creating new opportunities for first-generation industrial entrepreneurs while contributing to sustainable economic development.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Nandiki Gangadhar Reddy emphasized that the future of construction materials lies in intelligent automation combined with environmental responsibility.

By integrating advanced servo vibration technology with green manufacturing practices, we can build stronger businesses, generate employment, reduce environmental pollution, and create a cleaner future. Speaking after the technical session, JAE office bearers appreciated Dongyue’s commitment to technological innovation and acknowledged the company’s efforts in introducing globally competitive manufacturing solutions to Indian entrepreneurs.
The association believes that promoting modern fly ash brick manufacturing will not only encourage sustainable utilization of industrial waste but will also reduce dependence on conventional clay bricks, conserve fertile agricultural land, lower carbon emissions, and support India’s green infrastructure mission.
